Private Norman Arthur Fuller (Servce No:NX94603) enlisted in the AIF on 7 April 1942 and was attached to 9 Infantry Training Battalion and 2 Australian RSD Australian Army Ordnance Coy (AAOC) - classified Storeman. Private Fuller served in New Guinea with 2/124 Brigade Workshop (16 November 1942 - 3 February 1944), and was attached to 2/124 Brigade Workshop at Discharge on 12 November 1945.

Norm was born in Sydney, New South Wales in 1901 (BDM NSW and Anglican Parish Registers - Baptism), fourth of twelve children of William James Fuller (b1868 in London, England) and Rachel Agnes Holl (b1874 in Sydney, New South Wales). William immigrated in 1870, arriving in Melbourne with his parents and siblings on board the Crusader. William (a Carter) and Rachel married in 1893 in Sydney, where they settled and raised their family, and William worked as a Carter and Labourer. Rachel died in 1920 and William in 1929.

Norm worked as a Labourer and Groom in Sydney, where in 1923 he married Daphne (Daph) Pearl Ingram (b1902 in Sydney, New South Wales) - Daph was a Machinist in Sydney. Norm, a Groom - gave his occupation as Bottler, and his birth year as  1902 - in 1942 when he enlisted in the Army. Following Discharge, Norm and Daph settled in Sydney, where they raised their family and Norm worked as a Groom. Norm died in 1965 and Daph in 1967.
