Private Charles Francis Naisbitt (Service No:W88772) enlisted in the ACMF on 22 January 1942 and was attached to 10 Battalion VDC on Discharge. Sister Rose (Service No:111708) served in the RAAF, brother Bernard (Service Nos:WX633653/W56328) Served in the Army.

The eldest of five children, Charles was born in 1915 in Wagin WA to James Christopher Naisbitt (b1887 in Durham, England) and Eleanor Josephine Cornin (b1883 in Durham, England). James (a farmer) and Eleanor married in 1913 in Midland Junction WA and settled at Tarin Rock near Kukerin WA where James was a Farmer before moving to Albany WA by 1949.

Charles was Farmer at Tarin Rock nr Kukerin WA in 1940 when he married Florence Eugenie Hipperson (b1918 in Durham, England). Charles and Florence settled in Tarin Rock, Kukerin WA where Charles was a Farm Hand/Farmer. Charles died in 2001 and Florence in 2004.
