While painting the roof of his ouse at Palmyra, Fremantle, on Monday monring Water Sydney Main (39), a tramway employee, slipped and fell to the ground.  While being conveyed to the hosptial he died.  An inquest was opened and adjourned until 2.30 pm on May 6.
