Clyde Gordon Hockey 

 


Clyde was born 26 June 1921 at Greenwell Point NSW, his parents were Samuel William (Sam) & Alma Alana Hockey née Anderson. Clyde was the sixth of eight children. 

Clyde married Lora Elizabeth Barry on 15th September 1945 at St. Paul’s Church of England, Shellharbour (Lora’s father Benjamin John Barry serve in WW1)

Clyde & Lora had three children.

 


Clyde was educated at Shellharbour Public School.

Clyde died 22/8/1991 at Bulli Palliative care Hospital & his funeral 24/8/1991, his ashes were placed in the Memorial Wall, Shellharbour Cemetery.

Lora died 2/8/1992 at Shellharbour & her funeral was 5/8/1992. & her ashes were placed in the Memorial Wall, Shellharbour.
