Son of Henry Stevens, Dookie, Victoria

Pte. Keith Stevens, only son of Mr and Mrs H. Stevens, of Dookie, was killed on October, 4th. Pte. Stevens, who was 24 years of age, was one of the  first to enlist from that town. Previously he had been wounded, as well as having been in hospital for some time suffering from trench feet. The deceased  soldier was a member of the local branch of the A.N.A. and rifle club, also a prominet player in the cricket and football teams.
