Private Leo Angus Robb (Service No:V170934) enlisted in the ACMF on 12 July 1941 and served in New Guinea (Milne Bay, Madang, Lae and Jacquinot Bay) with 4 Field Coy and 55th Field Park Coy through 1943/1945. Private Robb was attached to 4 Field Coy at Discharge on 13 July 1945. Siblings Percy and John also served in WWII.

Leo was born in Colac, Victoria in 1914, fifth of seven children of Angus Robb (b1883 in Garvoc, Victoria) and Rose Westwood (b1883 in Birregurra, Victoria). Angus (a Labourer) and Rose married in 1903 in Colac, Victoria and lived in Cobden, Gerangemete, Yeo and Carpendeit where they raised their family and Angus was a Labourer and Farmer - and in the 1930s was President of the Carpendeit Cricket Club.

Leo was working as a Truck Driver at Bungador via Stoneyford in 1941 when he enlisted in the Army - and married Nellie Trigg (b1918 in Warrnambool, Victoria). Following his Discharge, Leo and Nellie settled in Colac, where they raised their family and Leo worked as a Truck Driver. Nellie died in 2000 and Leo in 2006.
