1 Jun 1941:	Imprisoned Battle of Crete, Arthur was part of a prisoner exchange program. He was transited to Barcelona for Egypt and arrived back in Fremantle, Australia on 19 January 1944
8 Sep 1945:	Discharged Australian Military Forces (WW2) , Lance Corporal, WX3184, 2nd/7th Field Ambulance
