In memory of Grandfather Claude JELLIS , V84047 W.0.2 Australian Army Service Corp - Requiescat in Pace 24 January 1957 (56) loved Husband of Hazel Agnes Jellis (nee Hines) R.I.P September 1985 and Father of Gregory Jellis (R.A.A.F WWII) father in law of Joan; Father of Valerie and father in law of Ian Arnold; Father of my mum Brenda And father-in-Law of Richard Anthony Payne(Dad); Father of Lawrence and father in law of Audrey; Father of Margret Claudia J and father in law to Robert Jarvis (ADF - Arny) then also Edward Kay.Grandather of me, also Tony,Richard J, John, David & Catherine Payne. Christine and Phillip Jellis, Peter and Lynne Jellis, Marianne Jarvis, Great Grandfather of Alicia Payne, Matthew Payne, Jessica, Ashleigh, Taryn and Laura. Great great grandfather of Henry and Isla Womersley and several more.I was just 3 when he passed away however here is a photo of him with Mum on her wedding day 17th January 1953 at St.Joseph’s Catholic Church, Chelsea VIC. ‘Greater sacrifice can no man give than he lay down his life for (us all)
