Son of Henry Oscar and Mary Rebecca Oscar nee Lee of Melbourne, Victoria.

Next of kin given as his aunt Jane A. Devine of Kent Street, Flemington, Victoria.

Commenced return to Australia on 16 March 1919 aboard HS Czaritza then transhipped to HT Dunluce Castle disembarking on 15 May 1919
