Charles was the fourth of five children of Samuel (Sam) Frederick Seabrook (b1869 in Herefordshire, England) and his second wife Elizabeth Margaret Deere (b1877 in Herefordshire, England). Sam (a Mason) and Elizabeth married in 1897 in Glamorganshire, Wales. The family immigrated to Perth WA after WWI and Sam worked as a Bricklayer.
Charles was a Labourer in Claremont, Fremantle WA when he married Caroline Ann Kuhn (b1913 in Fremantle, WA). Charles enlisted in the ACMF in January 1939 and was a Private (Service No:Ve/48910) attached to 35 Fortress Coy when he was Discharged in June 1940. In January 1942 Charles was a Truck Driver when he enlisted in the Australian Army (Driver; Service No:WX18681). He was attached to 109 Regiment MTG when he was Discharged in April 1943.
Charles and Caroline lived in Claremont, where Charles was a Truck Driver and Caroline a Shop Assistant. By 1955 Charles and Caroline had Divorced and both remarried. Charles lived in Balcatta with second wife Beatrice May Devenish(nee Gurney; b1916 in London) - Beatrice immigrated in 1920, arriving in Fremantle WA on board the Orontes. Charles worked as a Carpenter. He died in 1966 and Beatrice in 1994.
