Bill signed his attestation form as "Aloysius" Dickinson.   It is mis-spelt "Aloysious" on his NAA service record and his DVA record, and "Aloyius" on his WA Marriages record. 

He was born in London, UK in 1902 and served in the 47th Battalion, Royal Fusiliers after WW1.
