Daughter of Amy Deathe GALE, 104 Bonboya Road, Neutral Bay, NSW
She was known as Melvena Steele-Ditty. For the past seventeen years her and her mother for family reasons, were known as Gale.
During assocation with Officer under review, fullest co-operation has been experienced and all assignments have been executed with diligence, keeness and dependability higher than average. This Officer has a keen sense of her responsibilities and carries them out accordingly. Splendid manner with Subordenates. Takes interst in welfare of the W.A.A.A.F.
