Cpl Peach

Pte Peach, a native of Birmingham, England, was a wool sampler from Moonee Ponds, Vic prior to enlistment and embarked with the 12th Reinforcements from Melbourne on HMAT Ceramic on 23 November 1915. After promotion to Corporal he was killed in action in France on 19 August 1916, aged 42 and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial.
