Son of Michael Celsus Fox and Martha Ann Fox nee Jackson of 'Glen View', Mooloolah, QLD. Brother of Thomas Celsus Fox who returned to Australia on 17 July 1919 after having served with the 5th Light Horse Regiment

Commenced return to Australia on 18 July 1919 aboard Takada disembarking on the 7 September 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to QLD
