Biography

"...5036 Private William Barrie, 1st Battalion, of Helensburgh North, NSW... A miner prior to enlisting on 15 December 1915, Pte Barrie embarked with the 16th Reinforcements from Sydney on board SS Makarini on 1 April 1916.
