Biography contributed by Daryl Jones

Son of Victor Roy WOODLEY and Lillian Myrtle nee FISHER, 84 Australia Street, Newtown, New South Wales.

Husband of Gwendolyn Norma WOODLEY

He had an interesting war going to the Empire Air training Scheme by one of the Queens, then onto England where there was a surfeit of navigators by the time he got there. He went by one of the Queens again to India to fly in the Burma campaign as a pathfinder and navigator.

He flew as RAAF in the RAF.
