Personal Stories
My Father
The picture is of Harold James Colley-Allerton (Jim) just before his posting, it was taken by my grandmother and there is a delightful story on the back of the photograph. My father had two sons to a previous marriage, Arthur and Robert, both deceased now and had three children with my mother who already had four from her previous marriage but had custody of two, David and Bob - Bob passed away 2024.
