Address at the time of enlistment was given as Kellett Street, Northcote, Victoria. Percy had previously attempted to enlist when underage giving false information regarding his identity.
Son of Matthew Oakford and Mary Oakford nee Hodder of C/- Mr Gamble, Brick Kilns, Oakleigh, Victoria Previously Kellett Street, Northcote, Victoria.
Commenced return to Australia on 20 July 1919 aboard HT Valencia disembarking on 11 September 1919.
