14 Nov 1918:	Transferred Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Posted to 3rd Welsh General Hospital, Deolali, India.
1 Dec 1919:	Embarked Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Transferred to Bombay, India and embarked for Australia on HMAT 'A7' on 1st December 1919, disembarking Melbourne on 27th December 1919.
8 May 1921:	Discharged Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Staff Nurse, AANS, Australian Army Nursing Service (WW1), Service record does not state where Nurse Carter served from December 1919 until she was discharged in May 1921.
