Son of Ebenezer and Leah E. DANIEL, Pittsworth, Queensland

Official news was received this afternoon that Pte. Harold Ernest Daniel, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Eb. Daniel, of Pittsworth, had been killed in action on August 1.  The late Pte. H.E. Daniel was barely 20 years of age, and had seen considerable fighting.

The utmost sympathy is felt for the relatives in the double loss they have sustained.
