Sergeant Ward served in two Australian Army Corps. Firstly, as a Infantry rifleman and later in the Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps.
" I always felt an appreciation for those who served in the Australian Defence Force and it was a privilige to have been able to experience the mateship, shared values and professionalism of so many great people along the way. " Tremayne said
Since leaving the Army in 2013 Tremayne has completed further studies in the Logistics and Supply Chain field and is now employed as a Defence Contractor with Raytheon Australia.
