Biography contributed

1912 - photograph shows him as Inspector General at the Claremont Hospital fot the Insane. His father, Sydney Hamilton Rowan Montgomery was also a Dr at the assylum, passing away 1/3/1916. His son attended the funeral.

Enlisted 22/7/1915

11th Field Ambulance with the rank of Captain.

Injured in the field in France, 1917.

Promoted to Major March 1918
