Daughter of Francis Mason NOBBS and Harriett Augusta nee QUINTAL

Sarah never married.  Originally enlisting as Maton in the NZ Nursing Service on 20.2.1917 as she has an NZEF number (No.2523) and it is assumed she then proceeded to and joined the British Red Cross in England.  She returned to New Zealand in 1920.

Buried on 21.11.1923 Lot 89, Section 2, Oahu Cemetery, Nuuanu Avenue, Honolulu

She nursed prior to WWI at Hospitals in Auckland, Wanganui and Rarotonga

Was for a period of 4 years Matron of Rarotonga Hospital

In Hawaii appears to have been employed Queens Hospital, Honolulu & lived at 1641 Anapuni St
