Next of kin-Father, James Stinson, Inniskillin, Fermanagh, Ireland.Unit embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia, on board HMAT A35 Berrima on 23 December 1916.

He is remembered on the Enniskillen War Memorial which is the County Fermanagh War Memorial ; he was born in the county and his father lived at Enniskllen/Inniskllin. Enniskillen  is the county town of Fermanagh as well as its largest town.
