Cedric Spencer Wills (Jnr) was born on 29 Nov 1877 at Springsure, Queensland, a son to Cedric Spencer Wills and Elizabeth Henrietta Wills (nee MacDonald). He married Lucea Margurita Eade (Luzyja Margrette Eade) on 11 Dec 1913 in Queensland and they had six children.
