Mr. Walter Hoad, farmer, of Quandialla, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hoad, of Cootamundra, and formerly of Yarrangobilly Caves, died on Thursday morning. The late Mr. Walter ("Bossie") Hoad, was a returned soldier of the 1914-1918 war, enlisting from Yarrangobilly Caves. He is survived by his widow, one brother, Leo, of Yarrangobilly Caves, and sisters are Mrs. George Day and Mrs. Taylor (Yarangobilly Caves), Mrs. J. Leonard (Cootamundra), Mrs. Cohen (Sydney), Mrs. Barnett (Wollongong), and Mrs. Slade (Sydney). After the late Mr. Hoad disposed of his property, he bought another at Quandialla.
