Son of William and Annie FRASER nee GRIEVE, of The Pines, Emu Park, Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.
Warrant Officer Percival Victor Fraser, son of Mr. William Fraser, of Rockhampton, who was killed in an aeroplane accident at Eastbourne, was an instructor to the R.N.A.S. Previous to joining the air service he was a chief engineer on one of the steamers of the Anglo-Saxon Oil Company (says the "British Australasian" of 27th January).
