RICHARDSON, On March 5, 1919 at Prince of Wales Hospital, London, of pelurisy and double pneumonia, Ian D. Richardson, Lieutenant R.A.F. son of A.R. Richardson, Lewlands, WA.
Yalgoo residents were very sorry to hear of the death of Lieut. I.D. Richardson R.A.F., son of Mr. A.R. Richradson, of Loulands (owner of Dajangarra Station, Yalgoo). Lieut. Richardson was on the eve of leaving for home with his brother and cousins. He died of pleurisy and double pneumonia at the early age of 22.
Previous service ( 17 Oct 1916 - 9 May 1917) with the British Red Cross entitled him to British War Medal and Victory Medal.
