Husband of Mary Anne Alma KRONK nee DAVIES

Enlisted in NZEF D Coy 2nd Battalion 3rd NZ Rifle Brigade on 07 Feburary 1917.
Served in France and wounded in action 04 January 1918. Admitted to NZ Field Ambulance and transferred to Remy Siding CCS. that day and later admitted to No. 2. Canadican CCS. The next day he was transferred to No. 7 Stationary Hosptial.
On 21st January 1918 he was admitted to Military Hosptial Endell Street with GSW to Ches, Haemothorax. Transferred 12 February 1918 tp Convalescent Hosptial Hornchurch. Discharged to furlough 31 July 1918 and to report Torquay 15 August 1918.
