Son of Hugh Quinn and Ann Quinn of Emmaville, NSW
Husband of Charlotte Helen Quinn of 'Edindale', Falcon Street, North Sydney, NSW formerly of 'Villa Maria', Garland Road, Naramburn, NSW.
Prior to enlisting he was employed by Lysaght's Galvanised Iron Propriety Ltd of Sydney, NSW as a Stock Clerk
