Following his medical discharge from the AIF on 17 September 1916, Thomas Cullen Henley subsequently re-enlisted 5 September 1917 at Darwin (SN Q21356) for Depot Battalian service, and was discharged (MU) at Enoggera, Qld on 27 September 1917.
He then re-enlisted a third time for Home Service on 6 August 1918 at Queenstown, Tas (SN T8943) and was discharged (MU) on 26 August 1918.
