"THE LATE PRIVATE J. TIBEY.
Mrs. Tibey, of Cawthorne-street, Southwark, has received news that her son (Private J. Tibey) was killed in action on July 20. He was the eldest son of Mrs. and the late Mr. James Tibey. There is another son at the front." - from the Adelaide Chronicle 19 Aug 1916 (nla.gov.au)
