Private Grace's remains were positively identified in 2022 and have been re-interred at the Pheasant Wood Cemetery on 20 July 2023. He was previously listed at VC Corner Cemetery and Memorial, Fromelles, Lille, Nord Pas de Calais, France.
Older brother Charles Grace was also killed during the Great War while he served with the Royal Engineers. Sapper Charles Grace Died of Wounds in Belgium on the 7th of November 1917.
