Biography

Private S. K. (KEN) SCOTT, who was killed in action in France on May 9 was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Scott, of Stirling East. He was 24 years of age, and was widely known and highly respected. Private Scott was educated at the Stirling East public school, and also attended the Methodist and Church of Christ Sunday schools. He worked at Berri on the irrigation works. He enlisted in October, 1916, and sailed for England in December with the 23rd Reinforcements of the 10th Battalion. His only brother, Private A. H. Scott, is serving with the CamelCorps in Palestine.
