On Page 67 of his Attestation paper gives his name as Harold John O'Brien but he served at John O'Brien

Husband of Ivy Ethel O'Brien nee Wells of Norton Street, Leichhardt, NSW. John and Ivy married during 1916c in Sydney, NSW formerly of Haldon Street, Lakemba, NSW.

Commenced return to Australia on 6 October 1919 aboard HT Pakeda disembarking on 24 November 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney
