Roy Cameron Patrick WELMAN was born in St Kilda in Victoria in 1890
His parents were Arthur Wellesley WELMAN & Marie Antoinette (Manie) BOURKE

Next of Kin was his sister Lyla Mary Welman of Gundagai, NSW later of Essendon, Victoria. Roy had a brother Norman Welman who had not had any connection with his family for many years
