James Fitzsimmons KENNEALY was born in Sheep Hills, Victoria in 1897

His parents were John KENNEALY & Mary FITZSIMMONS

He enlisted on 17th April, 1916 as a Private and embarked with the 54th Infantry Battalion, 7th reinforcements from Sydney on the HMAT Ascanius on 25th October, 1916

James was Killed in Action in France on 11th July 1918 and is buried in the Franvillers Communal Cemetery
