David Everett THOMSETT was born on 10th April, 1892 in Sandgate in Queensland
His parents were Alfred THOMSETT and Mary Ann AMBROSE
David married Helen FORDHAM on 9th May, 1914
He enlisted on 16th September 1915 with the 25th battalion
Unit embarked Brisbane on HMAT Commonwealth on 28th March, 1916
He was Killed in Action on 9th April, 1918
