Father William LESLIE and Mother Emily Leslie (nee Cousins).
Albert lived with his parents in Hawker, South Australia, prior to enlisting.
Mother had moved to Wilochra Siding, via Quorn, SA.

Described on enlisting as 24 years 5 months old; single; 5' 6 1/2" tall; 163 lbs;
fair complexion; blue eyes; dark hair; Methodist.

16/5/1916 Enlisted at Quorn, South Australia
Completed medical at Quorn, fit for service
