20 Dec 1916: Wounded AIF WW1, Private, 366, 38th Infantry Battalion, GSW to abdomen (penetrating) when accidentally shot by a sentry in the front lines at Houplines. Evacuated to 2nd ACCS at Steenwerck however there died of his wounds on 28 December 1916.

Pte 366 Alexander Reid sustained a GSW to abdomen (penetrating) when he was accidentally shot by a sentry in the front lines at Houplines.

He was evacuated to 2nd ACCS located at Steenwerck however there died of his wounds on 28 December 1916.
