Our Walcha correspondent writes that news came to hand on Saturday last that Lance-Corporal J. H. J. Watts, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. B. Watts, Walcha, had died from wounds  received in action in France. The young soldier had been twice wounded before. He had been about two years in the ranks.
