"LATE PTE. F. W. RILEY.
HERGOTT SPRINGS, September 23.— Notification was received from the military authorities by Mrs. Charles Riley, of Hergott Springs on Thursday, that her son, Pte. F. W. Riley, had been killed in action in France on August 22. Pte. Riley was 25 years of age, and previous to joining the forces he was employed in the Railway Department.
