Son of Allan and Harriet Rose Williams of Burrenbring, Nebo, Mackay, QLD. Brother of Elsie Homer Williams, Henry Stuart Homer Williams who died of wounds on 6 April 1918 while serving with the 35th Battalion and was buried in the Namps-au-Val British Cemetery.
