Next of kin given as his brother Alfred William Urbahns of Warracknabeal, Victoria

1 September 1918 - enlisted at Sydney with the 23rd NSW Reinforcements

21 December 1918 - returned to Melbourne aboard HT Wyeema which had been recalled due to cessatation of hostilities.

5 January 1919 - discharged at the 2nd Military District
