Full name is spelt Denis William O'Dwyer but served as Dennis O'Dwyer. Son of James O'Dwyer and Catherine O'Dwyer nee Heenan of Ipswich, QLD

Husband of Elizabeth May O'Dwyer nee Pitman C/- H. Hudson of  Manly, Cleveland Line, Brisbane, QLD. Dennis and Elizabeth married on 30 May 1914 in QLD.

Commenced return to Australia on 4 March 1919 aboard HT Port Sydney disembarking on 24 April 1919.
