Son of Joseph and Harriet Adams of Singleton, NSW

Next of kin given as his brother Thomas Adams of Belltrees near Scone, NSW. Brother of James Adams who was killed in action 29 March 1917 while serving with the 53rd Battalion and has no known grave. His  name appears on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial

Commenced return to Australia on 25 August 1917 aboard HT Benalla disembarking on 27 October 1917
