My g-grandfather
Henry James O'bryan
It's no good me repeating what some one else has written,
My mother Ivy Ellen Keogh ( née Tucker )told me when I was doing the family history that her grandfather survived the war only to die 3 to 4 years after he returned in 1922 , from injuries he sustained from an accident with a tram ,car my mother was not quite sure ,
She was born in 1928 and died 2012, but for the years that we talk about family history, she was quite addiment ,that what she was telling me was true .
Her mother Ann Eileen Tucker née O'bryan died in1953 and I think she was the closest to her father.
He sent her a picture from the Holy land it was in a frame which could have been done later .
I think it was a Christmas card and a handkerchief from I think France .I did have them but I was a afraid they might get destroyed in the fires that were around my area.
I don't have these at the moment but I can get pictures of them on Monday when I see my sister. I live in the country and she lives in the suburbs .
I am the eldest in my family as was my mother in her family.

It is understood that during the War he was exposed to chemicals or Gas of some sort but have not verified as yet, and that presumed led to his death in 1922 3 years after the War, I am getting his death certificate to try and find out what he actually died from. I have his Military record also but I don't really understand some of it.
As soon as I find the cause of death I will put it into his profile.
