Son of Hillary Robert Ozard and Margaret T. Ozard of Eatonville Parade, Croydon, NSW.
Commenced return to Australia on 1 August 1919 aboard HT Argyllshire disembarking on 22 September 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney
Medals: British War Medal, Victory Medal. Hillary was also awarded the French Medaille de Sauvetage for courage and devotion to duty.
During 1919c Hillary married Florence E. Williams in Ashfield, NSW
