My Grandad
Edward John Gleeson was my Mum's dad. He unfortunately died before I was born so I never got to meet him.
He had three daughters Joan and Rose who were twins and Nora my mum. I am not sure if his daughters were born in Australia or back here in the UK. I understand that he was stationed in Goring West Sussex during the war, which is near to where I live now.
I have a copy of his Australian Imperial Force Attestation Paper which I have uploaded.
I would love to know more about him and if anyone has any photos of him I would love to see them.
