Full name registered was Clement Lemont Oxley.

Son of Jon  Oley and Annie Oxley nee Charlton of Colebrook, Tasmania.

Commenced return to Australia on 13 July 1919 aboard HT Persic disembarking on 29 August 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Hobart

On 17 November 1928 Clement married Mary Hilda Williams in St Paul's Church, Glenorchy, Tasmania
